Science, sports, and healthcare teachers of the Liepāja State Gymnasium No.1 would like to encourage teams of school students from the 7th -9th and 10th -11th grades to take part in a science contest.
The contest topics are living organisms of the park area and the Baltic Sea, physical phenomena and processes, composition of substances found in nature, anthropogenic impact on the environment. The contest tasks will focus on the environment of Liepāja, which is the subject of the title “Liepāja – Our Planet”.
The meeting of the participants is scheduled for 26 April at 13.00 at the Liepāja State Gymnasium No 1, and the tasks – both theoretical and practical – will be carried out in the territory of the Seaside Park.
Teams participating in the project are required to have a smartphone or tablet with the “Actionbound” app installed and a running internet connection.
