On Saturday, 14 October, from 12.00 please join us at the culture venue’s “Pegasus Courtyard” guest room at 20 Kuršu Street in Liepāja to get the French touch and enjoy the country’s different shades of flavours, fragrances, brain games and musical vibes.
All day long, you will enjoy a cuisine inspired by French gastronomy. From 12.00 sip a coffee cup and try a classic butter croissant and éclairs. In the early afternoon, we will offer onion soup cooked over a live fire. And later on, in the afternoon and evening, a glass of white or red wine with the French hors d’oeuvres!
Chef Igors Sadretdinovs and emerging pastry chef Andrejs Bražis will be on hand throughout the day to provide you with these French flavoured specialities.
A virtual pantomime or “silent art” and French music will accompany you throughout the day.
At 18.00, thrill-seekers are welcome to take part in the team activities and the brain teaser game “Mind blow for France”. You can register online by filling in the registration form [LV].
The French Charm Day will wrap up at 21.00 with a French music style party by DJ Armands Sausiņš.
