On Friday, artworks will debut at the brand-new venue of the Karosta Festival – the "Awakening Garden" /Atmodas Dārzs/, with three artists painting their murals there – Cake from Peru, Nō from France, and Syed from Pakistan. Clara Cabrera, a Spanish artist based in Liepāja, displayed her Liepāja works in the Karosta Prison and will be creating a new piece exclusively for the festival.
