Game about democracy

We encourage school students to play a game about democracy.

The "Civic Alliance-Latvia" NGO is calling on Latvian schools to enter the “Democracy 2084” game to boost students’ understanding of democratic values and their knowledge of civic participation. The “Democracy 2084” game is designed in a break-out room format, focusing on a dystopian vision of the collapsing democratic state to demonstrate what life without democratic values and processes would be like. The game will take on average 60 minutes to play and up to 30 minutes for additional discussion and the wrap-up. So, it will take 90 minutes of your time. The game is free of charge.
